Torre de Canena oil is the result of decades of experience and tradition in the cultivation of olive trees by the Torres family. Cultivated in the outstanding area of ​​the Andújar countryside, Jaén, it is obtained by harvesting the green crop in the months of October and November. This process, carried out in a maximum time of 3 hours from collection to milling, ensures exceptional organoleptic characteristics to the oil. The extraction is carried out exclusively through mechanical processes, guaranteeing the quality and purity of the final product.
