Oro Bailén is located at the gateway to Andalusia , specifically in the province of Jaén , within the municipality of Villanueva de la Reina. Galgón 99, SL operates in the Sierra Norte of the province, located in the foothills of Sierra Morena, between Bailén and Andújar , at an altitude of 400 meters.

The Los Juncales and La Casa del Agua farms follow a traditional plantation framework of 10 meters x 10 meters. In this system, each olive tree actually consists of three adjacent plants.

The production process of Oro Bailén oil begins in less than two hours from the collection of the raw material. Grinding and blending are carried out cold, always maintaining temperatures below 21º C. Thanks to this meticulous technique, Oro Bailén manages to produce a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
