Spain is a country of extraordinary culinary wealth. There is no doubt about that. Starting, as it could not be otherwise, with extra virgin olive oil . That is why those of us who enjoy the culinary gems of this, and of any country in the world, are delighted with any initiative dedicated to highlighting the quality and excellence of our gourmet products.
One of these initiatives is Luxury Spain Gourmet, a quality seal created by the Spanish Luxury Association with the mission of promoting the representative brands of the Spanish Gourmet sector worldwide.
As part of this thriving sector, we attended the presentation event that took place at the Bravo restaurant, by Michelin star chef Carles Abellán, on the terrace of the W hotel in Barcelona.
There, in addition to discovering and tasting some of the best Spanish culinary delights, we have had the opportunity to share experiences with other professionals in the sector, and with great masters of cooking, such as Carles Abellán himself.
We would once again like to thank Castillo de Canena for inviting us to participate actively in the event, allowing those present to taste and enjoy their select gourmet olive oils.
