At Oliflix, olive oil is processed in a completely artisanal manner.
It is one of the few stone mills left in Spain, which was restored in 1998. Its large granite wheels, weighing more than 2,000 kg, have been turning for decades at a rate of 18 revolutions per minute.

I am proud of the latest award that our organic olive oil has received in New York.
Our oil comes from completely organic farming, meaning that no type of fertilizer or synthetic chemical pesticide is applied to our olive trees.
