With this organically produced oil, Verde Esmeralda guarantees compliance with organic agricultural production regulations after very rigorous quality control both in the cultivation of the olive trees and during the oil extraction and packaging process.
This extra virgin olive oil shows us an aroma of fresh grass, tomato and artichoke that reminds us of the extensive olive fields of the upper Guadalquivir basin. Transmitting us peace and awakening a unique feeling. First night of harvest. This year's collection took place at the end of October. Since October is a month of high daytime temperatures, which in many cases reach up to 30 degrees, the harvest is carried out at night, thus guaranteeing that the temperature from obtaining the olive to obtaining its elixir , is permanently below 20 degrees. The harvested olives go through a stripping process, in which those that do not meet the established requirements are discarded.
