Aubocassa L'Amo Coupage 500 ml is an extra virgin olive oil that stands out for its balanced and intense flavour. It is made from the Arbequina and Picual varieties, grown on the Aubocassa estate in Mallorca. Its colour is yellowish green, slightly cloudy because it is not filtered, which preserves its aroma and properties. It has fresh notes of grass, artichoke and mint. With a low acidity of 0.1%, this oil has the Protected Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca, ideal for salads, fish and grilled meats, as well as for desserts such as fruit salads.
