Since the mid-20th century, the Torres family has cultivated their own olive trees in the prominent area of ​​the Andújar countryside, in Jaén. Torres Oro Verde is the result of the harvesting of our green harvest, carried out in the months of October and November, which gives the oil incomparable organoleptic characteristics. Our Green Gold is extracted exclusively through mechanical processes, guaranteeing a maximum time of 3 hours from collection on the tree to grinding. This careful process contributes to obtaining an olive oil with exceptional qualities.
